The ULC Ordination Certificate marks your official status as a minister with the Universal Life Church, and is the primary certificate recognized as legal proof of ordination across the country. If marriage laws in your area require you to submit proof of ordination before officiating a wedding, this will serve as one of the primary documents that a licensing office would request to see.
