Shipping Policy
All orders require 1 business day to create and prepare.
Domestic orders are sent with United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipping time is 3 to 10 business days. Express orders are sent with FedEx and shipping time is 1 day for Overnight service, and 2 days for 2-day service. Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day. Orders are generally shipped on the business day following the day on which they were ordered.
International orders are sent with FedEx and are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks.
In the unfortunate circumstance that your supplies are damaged in transit or are never received, you must contact us within 90 days of the date on which you placed your order to obtain replacements.
Please note that FedEx may not move shipments on Saturdays or Sundays, which could further delay some orders placed on or around weekends.
Return Policy
If you have received your order and wish to have it refunded, please promptly use our contact page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please ensure that you have your order number on-hand if it is available. Your full name and email address you used when you became ordained, or any account information that would help us identify your purchase history will also be helpful. If approved, you will be asked to mail the items back to our office. We will refund all non-customized items that are returned. Returns must be requested within 90 days of the original date of purchase.
If your order is automatically returned by the courier, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. You will be given time to respond with how you would like to proceed. If you do not respond within the time allotted, you forfeit your ability to receive a refund for your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping and we cannot process refunds on items that have already been personalized with your name.
