Being in nursing, I've had the privilege of assisting many people through their illness. When I transferred into the hospice field, I found that more and more, Id be blessed to have my patients ask if Id sit with them when their time came. While many had no religious preference, some thought it important to be baptized before they crossed over. Being n a hospice situation, we didn't always have the time to wait for a minister to arrive so, I decided to become one ease their minds and experience. Being in nursing, as well as a master life coach and behavioral analyst, and a minister, I feel that it all melds wonderfully together

Starting my nursing career in hospice many years ago, I was able to be present with individuals at end of life. So many appreciated my just being there to listen and not judge them that I knew I wanted to help others to cross over. I decided then that I wanted to provide companionship to anyone who wanted a caring, non judging soul to be with them during their final days and hours.
