Served in the US Army for 23 years and 18 year with the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department. I am a Christ follower which means to be A light of hope and love others as Christ love me.

I was born in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, in the town called Ponce.

As an ordained minister, I am committed to embodying the compassionate love and transformative grace of my faith. I pledge to guide and inspire my community by fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment where every individual is respected and empowered. Through dedicated service, honest dialogue, and steadfast advocacy for justice, I strive to illuminate the path of spiritual growth, healing, and hope. My mission is to be a beacon of light—nurturing faith, celebrating diversity, and championing the inherent dignity of all people.

This requires careful preparation, a deep understanding of the couple or individuals being celebrated, and a sincere, heartfelt delivery. A great minister brings warmth, authenticity, and a sense of sacredness to the occasion, ensuring that the ceremony reflects the values, beliefs, and love of those participating. By speaking with clarity, compassion, and joy, and by incorporating meaningful traditions or personal touches, a minister can transform a ceremony into a truly memorable and cherished moment.
