Leslie Ann Cieurzo
Ordained Minister in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became an Ordained Minister when a close friend asked me to officiate her wedding. It was an incredibly meaningful experience—not just being part of such an important day, but witnessing their love story unfold from a front-row seat. That moment sparked something in me, and I realized how fulfilling it is to help couples celebrate their commitment in a way that reflects their unique journey.
Where are you from?
Originally from Southern Illinois, I’m a proud military spouse who’s had the chance to move every few years with my husband, who serves in the U.S. Air Force. We recently relocated to Colorado Springs, and I’m loving everything this beautiful area has to offer, especially the sense of community and connection.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I absolutely love performing wedding ceremonies! What started with officiating a friend’s wedding grew into something much deeper. During COVID, I expanded into Life Coaching, Emotional Growth, and Relationship Coaching. I now offer pre-wedding relationship workshops and six-month post-wedding check-ins to help couples keep growing long after the vows. I specialize in creating personalized ceremonies that reflect each couple’s unique journey and values — whether it’s helping write vows, selecting meaningful music, or incorporating traditions like unity ceremonies or the cord of three strands. I travel throughout the U.S. to work with amazing couples who are ready to invest in their bond and celebrate it with intention and heart.

What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Colorado Springs, CO wedding officiant?
What makes my ceremonies special as a wedding officiant is the deep level of personalization and care I bring to every couple I work with. I don’t just show up and read a script, I take time to get to know each couple’s story, values, and vision for their ceremony. Whether it’s helping them write custom vows, incorporating meaningful traditions like unity ceremonies or the cord of three strands, or designing a moment that reflects their unique bond, I ensure that every ceremony feels authentic, intentional, and deeply personal.
I also bring my background in relationship coaching into the process, offering optional pre-wedding workshops and post-wedding check-ins to help couples continue growing together. My goal is to create a ceremony that isn’t just beautiful in the moment, but one that lays a foundation for a lasting marriage.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
I’m based in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, right at the base of the Rocky Mountains. Whether you’re planning a mountaintop elopement, a backyard ceremony in Black Forest, or a destination wedding across the U.S., I’m open to traveling and helping you create a ceremony that’s personal and memorable.
I believe every couple deserves a ceremony that reflects who they truly are. My husband and I were married on a ski slope, and it was one of the best choices we ever made. If your family and friends ski, it’s a fantastic and relaxed way to celebrate.
Wherever love takes you, I’m happy to be there to help you bring your vision to life.
