Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I originally became ordained because I wanted to perform my younger brother’s wedding. I had so much fun and the ceremony was so successful that I decided to keep doing it!
Where are you from?
I’m from southeastern Ohio, in the Appalachia region.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I genuinely believe that every person has a fundamental right to a happy marriage, starting with a wedding they look back on with pride. My goal is to make that right more accessible to everyone, including people who want non-traditional ceremonies as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
