To help a friend who was dying of the complications of HIV back in the 90s.

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. I have lived in several states over the years.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
Give others easier access to ministers who can preform various ceremonies.
