Everyone has the right to true love and the right to express their love. My fees are affordable and transparent. Here is what you need to know: • I charge a travel fee after 50-mile radius from my location in Rosharon, Texas. • Half of the payment is due upon mutual verbal and contractual agreement. The balance is due before the wedding license is signed by both parties. • I have a cancellation fee of 75% of the full payment if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled ceremony.
