A few years ago, my Chinese friends asked me to officiate their wedding, they said it was impossible to find a Cantonese speaking officiant in Massachusetts. It was important to them because they wish to actively include their parents / grandparents during the ceremony. They also have a lot of relatives who flew in from Hong Kong, so it was a great gesture that they could understand the proceedings. I was able to perform the ceremony in both languages, thus, the couple were able to share the magical experience with all their friends and family without any language barrier. It was an emotional and joyful day.
