Hi, my name is David Kibirango, i am an ordained minister willing to officiate any marriage or commitment ceremonies as an inter-denominational person to all regardless of their religion, race, or sexual orientation. I'm very flexible and willing to do something as simple as asking if each one takes the other and signing the certificate to a full-fledged ceremony. My fee includes any meetings necessary to create the ceremony tailored to your request.
