Some close friends wanted to get married in a very remote place and could not find a celebrant, after researching I found that licenced celebrants or ministers of religion are authorised to perform the ceremony. ULC embraced many of the ideologies that many religions lack (just be good to people). Unfortunately in Australia to perform a marriage one also needs to undergo the 6 month celebrant course.
