Arthur L Phillips

I am an ordained minister with an open mind whose desire is to serve with the heart of the Father bringing love and compassion to all people and events through absolute dedication to helping others succeed in fulfilling whatever dreams they might have, while spreading the love and teaching of Jesus Christ to benefit our often neglected youth and senior communities. Thus, I have attended Seminary graduate school with degrees in Ministry and Christian Education.
