About Me:
My name is Kataraina Paterson and for over thirty years, I have been a Rastafarian. I was baptized as a Catholic at birth. Also, I attended Te Hahi Ringatū Church which is performed in Te Reo Māori, as I grew up in a family of Ringatū Ministers and Faith healers, I am a Native New Zealander of mixed race. (Māori and English/Scottish) I have a passion for the word of God. I believe in Jesus Christ as our Saviour and enjoy helping people. I have studied the bible for over thirty years and have a Bachelor of Arts Māori with Honors; I am currently writing my Master's Thesis, and My Topic is "Defining Karakia-(prayers) and Faith-healing in Contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand; Ancient rituals or future Healing Pathways?" My thesis is being proofread and edited for publishing and will be finalized by March 31st, 2023. I have performed services like Unveilings and funerals, and spiritual healing; I am a Clinical Massage therapist and Tā Moko Practitioner, which involves counseling and spiritual advice if need be. I am excited to be an ordained Minister/Clergy and look for to providing services as a Newly ordained Minister.
