Michelle has worked with individuals who have experienced a variety of traumas. Michelle meets people where they are at and honors the process of individuality. She has been providing grief support, working with victims of domestic abuse and patients and families in hospice care for over a decade of. Michelle has done a lot community education, group facilitation and understands the importance of connection and acceptance. She integrates humor, meditation, breathing techniques, and creates an accepting and warm environment. Michelle uses a variety of other modalities to walk with you through your healing process.
