I understand love and the incredible gift of marriage to your life partner. I lost my husband in a tragic accident after raising four children together and almost 25 years of marriage. And, while I still consider myself married to him (just in a long distance relationship ;) ) this gives me a unique perspective on the significance of the day. The moment you pledge to ride the waves and withstand the storms of life together, is not to be taken lightly. It is not just a moment of incredible joy, but also a time you make the most important promise of your life. Where you stand face to face with your partner, look into their eyes, and promise they are no longer alone in this world; their needs are your needs; their pain is your pain; their joy is your joy; that regardless of where life takes you, and the changes you will encounter individually and as a couple, you will stand strong beside them, always looking outward in the same direction; always honoring the words of this day.

I have a style which blends sentimentality with humor but I also want the day to unfold exactly as you dreamed it would be.
