My path to ordination began when I became Reiki certified in October 2022. Then when the courthouse stopped doing marriage ceremonies and my son needed someone to officiate, I had the profound honor of officiating their civil union.

I'm from Central Indiana. I lived in Southern California while attending college and moved back to Indiana to raise my family.

I want to bring authentic presence to life's most meaningful moments while offering couples a straightforward path to civil union. A no fuss, legal recognition of their commitment,

I don't affiliate with any specific religion or follow a particular dogma, and I'm also not against any path someone else may choose. I believe there are many ways to connect with the Divine, and I deeply respect each person's spiritual journey, whatever form it takes. What matters most to me is treating each person with the dignity, compassion, and authentic presence they deserve, regardless of the spiritual lens through which they view the world.

I understand from personal experience that marriage doesn't require an elaborate production to be meaningful. What it requires is two people showing up with open hearts and clear intention. My husband and I took an afternoon off 32 years ago to marry at the courthouse, and that simplicity allowed us to focus on what truly mattered: our commitment to each other.
