Ordained Minister in Oceanside, California
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I originally became ordained to help a close friend’s family during a difficult time by officiating a funeral. Being able to step in and support them when they needed someone they trusted meant a lot to me. That experience showed me how important it is to have someone compassionate and flexible guiding meaningful moments in people’s lives.
After that, I decided to expand my services because of my own experience with my wedding. My husband and I allowed others to dictate what our day “should” look like, and to this day we both regret it. Your wedding, or any important life ceremony, should reflect you, not outside expectations.
Because of that, my goal as a minister is simple: help people create ceremonies that truly feel like theirs. Whether it’s traditional, unconventional, spiritual, secular, or something completely unique, I believe your moment should be shaped by what matters most to you.
Most importantly, I’m here for you. I want your day to be about you and your story. I’m open to working with whatever you need to make your ceremony meaningful, personal, and authentic.
Where are you from?
Topeka, KS
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to help people create meaningful ceremonies that truly reflect who they are. Major life moments, like weddings, funerals, and vow renewals, should feel personal, not pressured by tradition or outside expectations. My goal is to provide a supportive and flexible experience where people feel free to shape their ceremony in whatever way feels right to them. If I can help someone feel respected, supported, and celebrated during an important moment in their life, then I’ve done what I set out to do.
