Rebecca Williams
Ordained Minister in POLSON, Montana
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I didn’t become an ordained minister just to sign a certificate; I did it because I believe that the moment two people commit their lives to one another is one of the most sacred 'noted touches' a person can experience.
I became a minister because:
I believe in the power of the 'First Kiss': There is a specific, unmatched joy that radiates from a couple the moment they are joined in matrimony. Whether it is husband and wife, wife and wife, or husband and husband, being the person who facilitates that transition into a new life together is the greatest honor of my work.
I love the 'Untraditional' Path: I realized that many couples—especially those eloping in our beautiful Montana landscapes or renewing their vows—wanted a ceremony that felt like them, not a rehearsed script. I wanted to be the person who could travel to a mountain peak or a quiet lake to make those dreams a reality.
I am a Storyteller at Heart: I love getting to know the unique journey of every couple. I became a minister so I could take those stories and weave them into a ceremony that isn't just a ceremony—it’s a memory that stays with you forever.
I want to be the Calm in the Chaos: Weddings can be overwhelming. Because I am also an organizer and a planner, I saw a need for an officiant who brings a sense of peace, organization, and genuine love to the altar (or the trailhead!).
Where are you from?
Born in California, Rooted in Montana My journey with The Qween Bee's Touch didn't start in an office—it started on the long roads between Northern California and the Big Sky Country.
Born and raised in Northern California, Montana was the backdrop of my childhood. I visited family here from the time I was an infant, and even at such a young age, the raw beauty of this state captured my heart. I remember looking at the mountains and the wide-open spaces and knowing, with absolute certainty, that I would end up here one day.
That lifelong love for Montana’s beauty is why I do what I do today. Whether I am officiating a destination wedding at a trailhead I’ve known for decades, designing floral arrangements inspired by our local blooms, or organizing community markets that bring our neighbors together, I am driven by a deep gratitude for the place I finally call home.
I bring a mix of that California sunshine and Montana grit to everything I touch. I’m not just your officiant, designer, or organizer—I’m a lifelong admirer of this land, dedicated to making your most important moments as beautiful as a Montana sunset."
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
My Mission as Your Officiant When I became ordained, I set out with a clear goal: To make the journey to the altar as joyful and seamless as the 'I Do' itself. Through my online presence and my work in the field, I aim to achieve three things for every couple I serve:
Accessibility & Ease: I want to make it incredibly easy for couples—whether they are local to Montana or planning from afar—to find a reliable, professional, and warm minister who is ready to say 'Yes' to their vision.
A Foundation of Strength: Planning a wedding can be chaotic. I provide a steady, organized presence that you can lean on. From our first meeting to the final signature on your license, I bring the strength of my experience as an organizer to ensure your ceremony is flawless.
The Radiance of Joy: My greatest achievement is seeing the joy on your faces. I pour my heart into every ceremony because I believe your wedding day should be the happiest day of your life. I bring that high energy and genuine happiness to every vow, renewal, and elopement I perform.
I am here to show you that your ceremony doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful. It just needs to be yours."

What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a POLSON, MT wedding officiant?
Why choose me to lead your ceremony?
Intimacy & Connection: I don't just "read a script." I love getting to know my couples personally so that when the big moment arrives, I can speak from a place of genuine connection.
Specialist in Elopements & Renewals: I thrive in the small, sacred moments. I am ready to travel wherever your love takes you to ensure your day is seamless and stress-free.
A Celebration of All Love: I am honored to join couples of all backgrounds in matrimony. There is no greater joy for me than seeing the pure happiness on the faces of a couple—husband and wife, wife and wife, or husband and husband—as they share their first kiss as a newly joined pair.
The "Noted Touch": Because I am also a floral designer and organizer, I understand the "big picture." I bring a calm, organized presence to your altar so you can focus entirely on each other.
