On a personal note, I grew up as a silenced molested little girl until the age of 12, which had me dedicate my life to empowering women to find their voice and live happier, healthier lives. I have an extensive background as a Certified Master Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Professional. I've authored 3 self-help books and I'm the founder of Legacy Lifestyles LLC and the LadyUp Network.

I have 2 amazing adult children and 4 grandchildren. I've been married to hubby Ron for 25 years, and for the past 10 years we have resided in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina with furry son Toby. I'm originally from from Los Angeles, CA. I'm addicted to playing pickleball, love RVing and traveling in general. We've been to Egypt, India, England, France, Italy, Germany, Greece and the Netherlands.
