My sister had a friend officiate her second marriage, we had a friend officiate our marriage, my husband had become ordained because he was invited to officiate, so I thought, why can't I do that? It became something more. I never outgrew the "why" phase of my life, and I believe when you ask "why?" enough, you get to the root of the issue. I wanted to help people who were struggling, lost, alone, dealing with grief, anger, and the more turbulent aspects of life. I wanted to honor God/Jesus. I wanted to help people realize the Holy Bible isn't some fairytale, that it's an operation manual.
