I am a pastor who preaches Gods word. I like everyone else fall short but Gods grace and love keeps us in his arms. I believe that a pastor leads by example not by instruction. I also believe a pastor must always be available to the congregation . I also believe all re welcome and I always make everyone important to me and God. As A pastor it is my desire and compassion to be there when needed and to guide with a gentle touch. pastors are to bring people to the lord not make them feel less than worthy. Today too many pastors look at themselves as the owner of the church and miss their mark as spiritual leaders to the church and community. Today more than ever pastors are looked at a person to guide and so many pastors turn people away because of their self righteous beliefs and as a pastor I want to change this.
