Vincent Kelly

I began my ministry, so that I could officiate my close friend's wedding. I have officiated my daughter's, my great niece's, and my son's weddings. I enjoy the privilege of officiating over various ceremonies. I do believe in the biblical teachings of the Bible, and am considered conservative. I prefer outdoor venues, as my life is the outdoors, where I feel the closest to the Lord. My fees vary based on distance, premarital counseling, length of service, as well as any additional services required.
