A little about me:

I’m a Veteran of the USMC, Coach & Mentor having worked in various leadership roles in the corporate world for the last 30 years. I have a passion for health & wellness and have been practicing and teaching yoga & meditation for over 8 years even owning several studios. Having a love of volunteer work, helping people and making their lives better, I work with several non-profit groups serving on the Board of Directors for one of them. In addition to teaching, and other work, I do public speaking on health & wellness and other topics, as well as provide personal 1:1 coaching and professional mentoring.

At a friend’s request, I became ordained to perform a wedding and now I’m available to help you too. I love meeting new people and would appreciate the opportunity to be part of your special day or next event. I’m here to help make your special day stress free and memorable. Formal, informal or completely chill, serious or fun, you decide, and I will accommodate.
