Ms Cali
Ordained Minister in Balch Springs, Texas
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I decided to get ordained because my medical history reads like a survivalist manual. As a two-time cancer survivor who also navigates Epilepsy and multiple autoimmune diseases, people hear a snippet of my story and are genuinely shocked I’m still standing, let alone constantly smiling and cracking jokes. But my secret weapon isn't caffeine or a magic vitamin; it's entirely God. If He can keep me upright and laughing through all of that, stepping into ministry to share His light was the easiest decision I've ever made. As Proverbs 17:22 says, "A cheerful heart is good medicine" and trust me, I've had plenty of experience with medicine!
Where are you from?
I am based right out of Irving, Texas, serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Everything is bigger in Texas—especially the faith, the joy, and my immense gratitude for A/C. Like Psalm 16:6 says, "The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places," and I'm thrilled to be doing this work right here at home. BUTTT if you want me to travel. let's talk!
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
My goal is simple: CONNECT WITH PEOPLE, celebrate Jesus, and be a dedicated joy-dealer in whatever capacity I'm needed. Whether I'm stepping in to officiate a beautiful, last-minute elopement or just offering a space to celebrate life's wins, I want to show up and serve. Life is entirely too unpredictable not to celebrate love. I'm here to bring the joy, because as Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us, "The joy of the Lord is your strength!"

What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Balch Springs, TX wedding officiant?
As a former teacher, I bring something every wedding desperately needs: absolute order. I am practically allergic to chaos! When I'm officiating, you can rest assured that directions will be followed, the timeline will be respected, and absolutely no one will be talking out of turn. Weddings can be a beautiful whirlwind, but I will lovingly (but firmly) keep the class. whoops I mean, the ceremony. on track. After all, 1 Corinthians 14:40 reminds us, "But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way." Consider me your spiritual hall monitor; I'll make sure your big day runs flawlessly.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
I prefer Texas: DFW is home Although I have been called to Galveston/Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, but I'm open to discuss anything.
