Tina Teapot
Ordained Minister in Long Beach, California
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became an ordained minister to bring together my spiritual work and my commitment to helping others. Through Tarot TV with Tea, I have spent years offering readings and discussing spirituality, personal growth, and life’s challenges. Ordination felt like a meaningful next step in developing that work and serving my community with compassion and respect for different beliefs. I received my ordained minister certificate from Universal Life Church on September 19, 2023.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I moved to Los Angeles, California, in 2022 and am now based in Long Beach.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to build a welcoming ministry where people feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My interests include spirituality, numerology, creative expression, and community service. Through my ministry and Tarot TV with Tea, I want to encourage reflection, personal growth, and connection while respecting each person’s individual beliefs. I also hope to continue supporting my community through outreach, charity efforts, and practical acts of kindness.

Additional Information
I am ordained through Universal Life Church, and my personal spiritual practice includes psychic work. My ministry is open to people of all religions as well as those who do not follow a religion.
I am interested in learning from different faiths and spiritual traditions, broadening my spiritual understanding, and working respectfully with people whose beliefs differ from my own. Welcoming a tradition does not mean claiming membership in it or authority over it. My intention is to honor each person’s beliefs without imposing my own, with compassion, dignity, and love at the center of my work.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Long Beach, CA wedding officiant?
Every love story has a moment when two people stop being strangers and begin becoming something to each other. I want your ceremony to capture that journey: the first spark, the little things that made you fall deeper, and the moments that showed you this was someone you wanted beside you.
What makes my approach special is finding the heart of your story and bringing it into the words you share on your wedding day. Not just how you met, but why you keep choosing each other. I want you to hear your ceremony and think, “That’s us.”
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?

Areas I serve include Long Beach, Lakewood, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente, Corona, and Riverside, provided the ceremony location falls within my travel radius.

Additional Information
As a psychic, spiritual practitioner, and ordained minister, my focus is on helping people celebrate love in a way that honors their individual beliefs and connection. I welcome religious, spiritual, interfaith, and nonreligious couples, including LGBTQ+ couples, without discrimination.
My approach to wedding ceremonies is personal and collaborative. I want each ceremony to reflect the couple’s story, values, and wishes, whether they prefer religious elements, spiritual symbolism, or a secular celebration. My own spiritual practice does not have to become yours. I believe in treating people with compassion, respecting their choices, and creating space for them to celebrate their commitment authentically.
