Minister Adam Douglas Smith Sr

I became ordained because I wanted to take a more active role in the faith-based ministries I founded. Through Get2KnowGod, FONYE Inspirations, and Gospel Is Us, I have spent years creating platforms centered on faith, inspiration, gospel music, encouragement, and community. Ordination allows me to personally serve people through important moments in their lives rather than only operating these ministries from behind the scenes.

I am originally from the Bronx, New York, and currently reside in Allentown, Pennsylvania. My work and community involvement regularly bring me throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding region.

I hope to provide meaningful and compassionate ministerial services including weddings, vow renewals, funerals and memorial services, prayer, blessings, faith-based life consultations, spiritual guidance, and community outreach. I also hope to further develop the ministry work of Get2KnowGod, FONYE Inspirations, and Gospel Is Us while being available to serve individuals and families during both joyful and difficult moments.

I am a non-denominational Christian minister. My ministry work includes Get2KnowGod, FONYE Inspirations, and Gospel Is Us, with an emphasis on faith, spiritual growth, encouragement, gospel, and community service.

I believe every ceremony should feel personal, meaningful, and true to the couple. My goal is to take the time to understand their story, personalities, values, and the tone they want for their wedding day. With many years of experience working weddings, events, and live audiences, I am comfortable speaking in front of people while keeping the ceremony warm, organized, and focused on the couple. Whether the ceremony is traditional, contemporary, faith-based, or customized, I want it to feel like their ceremony—not a generic script.

Based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and available throughout the Lehigh Valley, eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York City, and surrounding areas. I am especially familiar with the Bronx, Manhattan, and the greater New York metropolitan area. Travel outside my standard range may be considered depending on the event.

In addition to weddings and vow renewals, I am available for funerals and memorial services, prayer, blessings, spiritual encouragement, faith-based life consultations, and community ministry. I also serve through Get2KnowGod, FONYE Inspirations, and Gospel Is Us, with a focus on faith, encouragement, compassion, and meeting people where they are.

In addition to my ministerial services, I am also a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public and may be available for separate notarial services when appropriate. My notary services are provided independently of my role as a minister and in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
