Andrea Jeanne Ferry
Ordained Minister in Orange Park, Florida
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I feel a need to support my fellow humans without the tenets and dogma of the larger faiths. Personal faiths, devoted to the service of gods or concepts, will always serve a greater good than bending your relationship with the divine to fit someone else's organized religion.
Where are you from?
I have lived on every US coast save Alaska. Being raised in a military family introduced me to a great many perspectives, families, ways of life. I learned over time that there is no great central truth, only the necessity of each of us to serve one another.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to come to better understand myself and my fellow humans through service.

I travel frequently for my main job, and am happy to travel to perform services. I have experience with holding vigils and serving as a doula for hospice / end of life care. I currently will travel throughout the United States at cost, and once less xenophobic guidelines are in place will be happy to travel internationally.
