Alejandro Sanchez Saldivar
Ordained Minister in Dallas, Texas
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
It started with my own wedding. A friend and professional connection of mine became ordained specifically to officiate my wedding. Since we knew each other through our work and community involvement, I was inspired by the idea that someone could take on such a meaningful role for a couple. I loved how personal and meaningful the ceremony felt, and it made me want to do the same for other couples—to help them celebrate their love in a way that feels personal, authentic, and truly reflects who they are.
Where are you from?
I'm from the El Paso–Ciudad Juarez border region. I've always been surrounded by both cultures. I'm bilingual, bicultural, and proud to call Texas home.
