The In-Between

I became ordained because I believe the important transitions in our lives deserve to be acknowledged with intention and meaning. Not everyone belongs to a traditional church or follows one particular spiritual path, but we all experience moments of love, loss, change, celebration, and new beginnings. I wanted to be able to create meaningful ceremonies and provide spiritual support for people during those moments.

I am from Indiana and serve individuals, couples, and families throughout the surrounding area.

My hope is to create a welcoming ministry for people from many different spiritual backgrounds, including those who may not have a traditional church community. I want to help people honor life's thresholds through meaningful ceremonies, reflection, meditation, prayer when desired, and spiritual guidance.

Whether someone is celebrating a marriage, remembering a loved one, beginning a new chapter, or simply searching for greater meaning and connection, I hope to create a space where those moments can be honored in a way that feels authentic to them.

I am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church and take an open, inclusive approach to spirituality. I respect that spirituality and faith can look very different from one person to another. My role is not to impose my personal beliefs, but to help create ceremonies and spiritual experiences that authentically reflect the beliefs, traditions, and values of the people I serve.

I believe a ceremony should feel like the people it is honoring—not like something pulled from a script. I want to take the time to understand each couple's story, beliefs, personalities, and what commitment means to them.

Ceremonies can be traditional, spiritual, nature-inspired, simple, unconventional, or a combination of traditions. Elements such as handfasting, meaningful readings, family involvement, remembrance of loved ones, personal vows, prayer, or other symbolic rituals can be incorporated when desired.

My goal is to create a ceremony that feels genuine, personal, and meaningful—a moment that truly belongs to the couple.

My ministry extends beyond weddings. I believe there are many thresholds throughout life that deserve to be honored with intention.

I offer personalized weddings and vow renewals, handfastings, celebrations of life and memorial ceremonies, house blessings, spiritual ceremonies, guided meditation and prayer, spiritual guidance, and ceremonies recognizing important life transitions and new beginnings.

My approach is welcoming and individualized. You do not need to belong to a particular church or follow a specific spiritual tradition. I am happy to incorporate prayer, spiritual practices, family traditions, nature, poetry, music, symbolism, or meaningful rituals according to each person's beliefs and wishes.

My purpose is simple: to create meaningful space for life's moments of love, loss, change, remembrance, and becoming.
