A lot of times I see events where the young girl doesn't have an opening ceremony with an officiate, that's if she doesn't have a church event. There is a need for it.

The smiling faces and the beauty of a marriage, and being able to be part of it. Even if it is an event for a young girl celebrating her 15th or 16th birthday.
