Brittany L Adkins
Ordained Minister in Clarksville, Tennessee
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became an ordained minister to formally support the work I had already dedicated myself to: teaching, guiding, and serving my spiritual community. I believe ministry is about more than leading rituals. It is about providing education, fostering critical thinking, offering compassionate support, and creating a space where people can explore their spiritual path with honesty and integrity. Ordination reflects my commitment to serving my community with professionalism, respect, and a lifelong dedication to learning.

What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to use my ordination to continue building a welcoming, educational, and ethical spiritual community where people feel empowered to learn, ask questions, and develop meaningful relationships with their own beliefs. My goal is to provide reliable education, officiate life ceremonies, offer guidance and support, and help make spiritual practice more accessible to those who may not have a local community. I believe ministry is a lifelong commitment to service, growth, and responsible leadership.

My ministry is rooted in contemporary Pagan traditions, with a particular focus on Hellenic, Norse, and Kemetic religious practices. While these traditions form the foundation of my personal path, I approach ministry through an educational and interfaith lens, emphasizing ethical practice, historical understanding, and respect for diverse beliefs. I strive to serve individuals with compassion and integrity while encouraging thoughtful spiritual exploration rather than adherence to any single doctrine.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Clarksville, TN wedding officiant?
I believe every wedding ceremony should reflect the unique values, beliefs, and story of the couple rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all script. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, taking the time to understand what is most meaningful to each couple so their ceremony feels authentic, personal, and memorable. Whether the ceremony is spiritual, secular, or somewhere in between, I strive to create an experience that honors their commitment with sincerity, respect, and professionalism.
