A close friend did it, and honestly, I thought — why not? What started as a whim quickly felt more meaningful. With a lifetime of faith across Methodist, Church of Christ, and Presbyterian traditions, the ULC's inclusive, non-dogmatic approach resonated deeply.

To be present for people during life's most meaningful moments — weddings, celebrations, memorials — in a way that is warm, personal, and spiritually grounded. After a 25-year absence, I've recently returned to active worship, and this ordination feels like a natural extension of a lifelong, ever-evolving faith journey.

My faith journey has taken me through Methodist upbringing, youth ministry with the Church of Christ, and decades as a registered Presbyterian. I've also studied the Catholic Apocrypha, the Book of Mormon, and the Hindu Vedas with an open mind. The ULC's inclusive philosophy fits naturally with how I've always approached spirituality.

I bring a lifetime of faith across multiple traditions — Methodist, Church of Christ, and Presbyterian — combined with genuine warmth and a deep respect for what each couple believes. I don't impose a script. I listen to the couple's story and craft something that feels true to them, whether that's sacred, secular, or somewhere beautifully in between.

I'm based in Richardson, Texas, in the heart of the Dallas metro area. I'm comfortable serving couples and families throughout the DFW Metroplex — including Plano, Allen, McKinney, Garland, Dallas, and surrounding communities. The North Dallas corridor is particularly convenient, but I'm happy to travel throughout the region for the right occasion.

I'm available for weddings, vow renewals, and memorial services. As someone in the middle of my own spiritual revival after 25 years away from regular worship, I have a genuine appreciation for where people are in their faith journey — wherever that may be. No judgment, just presence.
