Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?

While many strive to ascend the heights of status and position, seeking recognition among men, Jermaine Johnson has found his true fulfillment in lifting others—establishing order where there is inefficiency, and crafting processes that enable people to perform their work with excellence. For it is through service and structure that he brings strength to those around him. For more than three decades, Jermaine has labored faithfully in his field, serving as Senior Manager of Maintenance Engineering at Par Sterile Products, a company under Endo Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he has been entrusted with great responsibility, overseeing the successful migration of computerized maintenance systems and the commissioning of advanced manufacturing facilities—works that stand as lasting testimony to diligence and foresight. Having also served as a Marine in the United States, he has walked in disciplines both demanding and exacting. Indeed, he has been molded through service in two heavily regulated domains—aviation and pharmaceutical—gaining wisdom through both trial and triumph. From these experiences, he has cultivated discernment, applying lessons learned to bring improvement wherever he is called. Jermaine is one who understands both sides of the laborer’s path, having been both servant and steward—employee and employer. Through this understanding, he fosters unity in the workplace, building collaborative processes that increase the readiness of equipment and diminish the burden of downtime. Endowed with knowledge and disciplined in study, he is certified in Supervisory Management and Communication Electronics. He has also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, strengthening his ability to lead with wisdom across many fields.
