Amy Lynn Sizer
Ordained Minister in Amelia, Ohio
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became ordained because I wanted to show up for the people I care about in one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. There’s something incredibly special about standing with a couple as they make their promises, and I wanted to be able to offer a ceremony that truly reflects who they are. Online ordination gave me the freedom to do that — to honor their story, their love, and their dream location, wherever it may be!
Where are you from?

What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to use my ordination to help make each couple’s wedding day feel meaningful, intentional, and uniquely their own. My goal is to create ceremonies that honor their personality, their values, and the love that brought them together. I also want to be able to show up for couples wherever their story takes them — whether that’s a beach, a backyard, or a destination that holds special meaning. Online ordination gives me the flexibility to support them in the way they need, wherever they choose to celebrate.
