I am a sixty nine year old man. I do not do ceremonies.I do health and longevity counseling. I'm more of a life coach. I don't charge anything. My life was recently transformed by the simple health practice of drinking a sixteen ounce glass of water as son as I wake up in the morning. I have escaped homelessness and death multiple times simply by keeping my wits and never giving up. I know what it is to struggle. I have a great deal of compassion for my fellow human beings.

I have studied Quakerism and Buddhism the most.

I live outside of the city of Hagerstown MD. I live in a farmhouse a few miles outside the city limits.
