David Malcolm Jones
Ordained Minister in Northport, Alabama
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
Having a college degree in theology does not make a person a good or great minister. Life experience, understanding the bible, understanding human behavior, and the willingness to help others without judgement is what I feel a minister should be.
Where are you from?
Born and raised in Morgan County, Alabama. I now live in Northport, AL.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
Continue to give back to my community and to my fellow man.
Religious Affiliations
Universal Life Church
Additional Information
I was raised in the Church of Christ. While I do not reject my beliefs, I find religions a fascinating study. I try to understand other points of view from other denominations. What I have found is that we all have the same goal.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Northport, AL wedding officiant?
I have not performed a ceremony yet. However, the ceremony will be conducted in accordance with the bride and groom's request (within reason).
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
My fee is negotiable as well as my travel range.
