Cice Rivera, MS, Cap, PhD
Ordained Minister in Webster, Pennsylvania
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I originally became an ordained minister in 2016 to legally and ethically support people during meaningful life transitions. My background in counseling, spirituality, and service made ordination a natural extension of the work I was already doing, offering guidance, ceremony, and presence during important moments.
Where are you from?
I am based in Florida, and travel to Pennsylvania regularly while providing services, and I am available to travel to accommodate couples and clients.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
Through my ordination, I wish to continue performing weddings and expand my ability to officiate meaningful, personalized ceremonies for couples.

What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Webster, PA wedding officiant?
What makes my ceremonies special is that they are intentionally personalized and emotionally grounded. I take time to understand each couple’s story, values, and energy, and I design ceremonies that feel authentic rather than scripted. I integrate presence, meaning, and connection so the ceremony is not just performed, but felt by the couple and everyone attending. I focus on creating ceremonies that are grounded in intention, where couples are guided to consciously enter their union, not just legally, but emotionally and spiritually.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
I offer services throughout Fl, PA and available throughout the state, also small intimate private setting for ceremonies and retreats through the Scott B. Art Estate in Pennsylvania.
