Justin Caldera
Ordained Minister in Frisco, Texas
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
One of my closest friends asked me to marry her and her fiance, and now I have married a few more friends!
Where are you from?
I was originally born in McAllen, TX. I have lived all over Texas and in Washington state. Hoping to eventually move to Oregon.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
My hope is to be the voice in all the noise that grounds a couple. a family. That my words reach far into a family's future and not just ground them, but also bring them hope and direction should they ever be in need of it.

Additional Information
I was born, baptised, raised, and confirmed catholic with my mother, but my father is what you would call a Universalist. Universalists believe that all religions and spirituality are permissible. From a young age, I was exposed to most denominations of Christianity, Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, and Judaism. In later years, while I was in college, I took theology, comparative religions, and religious history, spurring my own interests in religion and spirituality outside of academia.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Frisco, TX wedding officiant?
What makes my ceremonies special is that I am passionate about whom I officiate. I get to know the couple, their friends, their family, their past, present, and future. I honestly feel its never enough! I usually feel like I should have said this or that differently or said less or more, been more poetic, less philosophical. I over-analyze, but I carry that with me into the next occasion. It is never enough to do better, because for those special moments leading up the "I DO's," that couple, that family deserves the best!
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
I currently live in North Texas with easy access to an international airport, should I need to travel.

Additional Information
My approach to creating the different parts of my oration is a little different than most I think. I have always been fascinated by the story of life. I've made it an obsession to listen and learn the life story of everyone I meet. I just happen to be one of those people who someone can't help but spill the entire life story. It's a privilege I don't take lightly. I have always wanted to know how our story ends. I take those stories and weave a colorful and sometimes comedic tapestry of solemn-inspiring poetry that culminate into commitment and hope. My philosophical poetism stems from my own personal story from wins to losses, hardships to victories, and joys to griefs. I weave our collective story together into one cohesive flow.
