Steve Salinas
Ordained Minister in fort worth, Texas
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became an ordained minister online because I felt called to serve people where they actually are, not where institutions say they should be. Ordination gave me the legal and spiritual framework to walk alongside people in transition—those seeking stability, dignity, and a path forward—without unnecessary barriers. For me, ministry is about presence, accountability, and action.
My focus has never been on labels—it’s been on helping people find their footing and their way home.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to build a ministry centered on dignity, restoration, and practical care—meeting people where they are and walking with them toward stability. Ordination gives me the framework to do that work responsibly, while keeping the mission focused on service rather than institution.
