Crisosto Apache

In my youth, I was always drawn to improve myself and become a better person, a better human than I am. I aspire to help people in the best way I know how, to serve humanity, and to encourage people to be the best they are. I just want to make a difference.

I was born and raised on the Mescalero Apache Tribe in New Mexico. I have lived and traveled to many places in the United States. I have only been to interior Mexico once, and to the border city of Juarez on many occasions. Traveling is still an interest of mine, and I enjoy meeting new people.

Bringing people together is what I like to focus on. When people come together positively, wonderful things happen. Moments of celebration encourage the best in like-minded and good-spirited people. I enjoy seeing people happy together. I also recognize the adversity in people's lives and want to listen. Sometimes people just need someone to talk to in times of need. I have always been that kind of person.

The idea that people can be who they are and how they are meant to exist is one main concept I embrace. I am not meant to judge others or be the authority on all beliefs. I only want to guide, listen, and be present in my good interactions with people. To see humanity in a better light with each other. I am Native American, but do not want to use my cultural ceremonial knowledge in any services.

My views are all-encompassing and diverse. Being open to all faiths, beliefs, and spirituality is a blessing because allowing yourself to be diverse in views, which allows me to see people in a broader light. People are diverse and and my belief is to be a servant to and for all.

At the moment, I want to stay local and gain more experience in officiating weddings. I want to focus on communicating with people as a life counselor.

To bring together, to teach, to celebrate, to sit and talk, to listen, to be present, to remember are the focuses of what I want to see in my relationship with people.
