I am seeking ordination so that I can take part in meaningful life events and support friends and family in celebrating important milestones. Over the years, I’ve attended many weddings, baby blessings, and memorials that were led by close friends or loved ones rather than traditional clergy. Those moments always felt more personal and genuine, and I would like to be able to offer that same experience to the people I care about.

Becoming ordained would allow me to help create ceremonies that reflect the values, humor, and individuality of those involved. While my primary motivation is to be able to officiate weddings for friends and family, I also appreciate the broader opportunity to bring people together and contribute to joyful and memorable occasions.

I take the responsibility seriously and would approach it with respect, thoughtfulness, and care. I don’t plan to make a career of ministry or perform frequent ceremonies, but I want to have the ability to step in when the moment calls for it and do it well. For me, being ordained is about connection, celebration, and honoring life’s most important moments with warmth and sincerity.
