Robert Edward Schumacher
Ordained Minister in Washington, District of Columbia
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became a minister online for the simple wish that friends and family would like me to officiate. Luckily, this has become true. Beyond that, I simply want to get to know people and help them in their journey into dedicating their lives to their partners' lives.
Where are you from?
Originally I am from the southern part of West Virginia, but I've lived in Washington D.C. for the last fifteen years.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to meet new people, encourage couples, provide guidance where I can, but ultimately and simply, I hope to experience love among all walks of life.

What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Washington, DC wedding officiant?
I will meet with the couple and interview them. I wish to know them before the ceremony. I hope that I can make my services unique to them. I want every part of the ceremony to be met with love, happiness, and cherished memories. If I can contribute to that, I will do everything in my power and creative ability to make it so.
