I became an ordained minister online because it would be accessible and convenient for me to be able to officiate a wedding for a friend, family member or a stranger. This was something that's been on my heart for years due to me starting a catering business. Some people don't either attend or belong to a church, or they don't want to get married in a church. Also, some people are being turned away because of their faith and beliefs. It allows me to welcome people of all backgrounds. This would be a great help to people in or around my community even if I decide not to do a full-time ministry.

I work closely with the couple to get to know them individually and as a couple. Learning who they are would allow me to chose what script to use at their ceremony. Also, incorporate what they would like to do at their ceremony.
