Ordained Minister in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
As a new follower of God’s path, I feel called to live out the Gospel’s message to be my brother’s and sister’s keeper (Genesis 4:9). I’m an Italian-American Catholic from Philadelphia, guided by faith and family, but it was my sister Maria’s suffering that set me on this journey. Maria was wrongfully arrested and convicted years ago, losing her children to an unjust system. This heartbreak pushed me to study for an Executive Juris Doctorate in law and use my clinical psychology training to better understand and fight such wrongs. It also inspired Maria’s children to become lawyers, working hard to overturn her conviction with new evidence and challenges to false testimonies. Through this pain, I heard God calling me to listen, learn, and follow His path of mercy and justice. I’m no expert—just a learner seeking peace for myself and others. Becoming an ordained minister lets me share this calling through My Brother and Sister Keepers Church, guided by Matthew 25:40 and Micah 6:8. I struggle with anger over Maria’s injustice, but Ephesians 4:32 teaches me to seek forgiveness, and I want to guide others there through daily podcasts and outreach. My ministry is about serving the hurting, lifting up the wrongfully accused like Maria, and spreading hope through Christ’s love. Join me as I grow in faith and seek peace.
