Adrian Enders
Ordained Minister in Plato, Missouri
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I've always sensed this was God's calling for me. After studying the Bible and other spiritual texts for most of my life, I formalized it by getting ordained online. It allows me to support others through ceremonies, counseling, and meaningful connections—truly fulfilling.
Where are you from?
I grew up in northern Illinois, raised my kids in Denver, and now live in southern Missouri with my wife and our barnyard friends.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
Inspired by Jesus' command to 'love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself,' I hope to achieve just that: saying or doing one thing to help someone keep moving forward each day.

Additional Information
I don't believe that God is constrained to a building or organization—true spirituality is an intimate, personal journey that transcends walls and doctrines. You don't need to join a club or adhere to rigid structures to communicate and relate to the divine within you; it's about fostering that inner dialogue through reflection, prayer, or everyday moments of grace. That said, I've found that guidance can be invaluable—whether from mentors, sacred texts, or shared experiences—which is why I value communities that offer support without demanding conformity. My own path has been eclectic, drawing from Christian teachings, broader spiritual wisdom, and life's lessons, leading me to online ordination as a way to help others navigate their beliefs freely. In my ceremonies, this means creating spaces where couples can honor their unique connection to the divine, whatever form it takes, without the weight of traditional affiliations.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Plato, MO wedding officiant?
What makes my ceremonies special is the emphasis on personalization and heartfelt connection, drawn from my own wedding experience. My wife and I chose a non-traditional ceremony that truly reflected us—blending humor, meaningful vows, and elements from our shared adventures—and it was one of the most wonderful days of our lives. I bring that same spirit to every couple I work with, collaborating closely to craft a unique script that celebrates their story, whether it's incorporating cultural traditions, quirky inside jokes, or spiritual elements. It's not just about the 'I do's'; it's about creating a memorable, joyful moment that feels authentic and leaves everyone—family, friends, and the couple—feeling inspired and united.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
