Latosha Williams
Ordained Minister in Tampa, Florida
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became a minister because I felt a deep inner calling to walk with others through the journey of life, offering presence, compassion, and meaning in a world that often feels disconnected.
For me, ministry is about creating sacred space: space for healing, for reflection, for growth, and for transformation.
Throughout my own journey, I’ve experienced moments of clarity, stillness, and awakening that led me to see life through a more compassionate and connected lens. I believe in the power of community, the strength found in shared stories, and the deep wisdom that lives within each person.
This path is not about having all the answers—it's about showing up with an open heart, listening deeply, and serving with integrity. I step into this role with humility and a desire to be of service wherever I am needed, trusting that each encounter holds the potential for renewal, connection, and peace.
Where are you from?
Pensacola, Fl.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
With my online ordination, I hope to create meaningful and accessible spaces both online and in-person. Where people can feel supported, heard, and spiritually nourished, regardless of their background or beliefs. My goal is to offer guidance, officiate life’s important milestones with authenticity, and help individuals mark sacred moments in ways that reflect their unique journeys.
This ordination allows me to serve in a flexible and inclusive way, reaching people where they are-especially those who may not feel connected to traditional institutions but still seek depth, connection, and purpose.
Ultimately, I want to be a source of presence and peace in a fast-moving world, offering a steady voice in times of transition, celebration, or uncertainty.

Additional Information
I serve from a non-denominational and open minded spiritual perspective, which allows me to meet people where they are regardless of their religious background, beliefs, or traditions. While I hold deep personal values rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and the sacred nature of life’s milestones, I don’t follow or promote a specific doctrine.
This openness gives me the flexibility to create ceremonies that are spiritual, secular, interfaith, or entirely custom always led by the needs and values of the individuals or families I serve. My goal is not to represent a religion, but to represent respect, presence, and care in all that I do.
I understand and honor all paths that lead to deeper connection, meaning, and wholeness.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Tampa, FL wedding officiant?
What makes my ceremonies special is the intention I bring to truly honor each couple’s unique story, values, and vision. I don’t use a one size fits all script. I listen deeply, collaborate closely, and craft a ceremony that reflects the authenticity of their partnership.
Whether spiritual, secular, or somewhere in between, my focus is on creating an experience that feels personal, inclusive, and grounded. I aim to hold space with calm presence and care, so that couples feel supported and seen not just during the ceremony, but throughout the entire process.
To me a wedding isn’t just a public event, it’s a meaningful milestone in a shared journey. I approach each ceremony with thoughtfulness, creativity, and heart, knowing that these moments can stay with us for a lifetime.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
I’m based in beautiful Pensacola, Florida, and I’m honored to serve the surrounding Gulf Coast region including nearby beaches, nature retreats, and intimate local venues that make for truly meaningful ceremonies. That said, I’m licensed to officiate in every U.S. state except Virginia. I’m always open to traveling whether across the country or around the world—when the right connection is there.
I also offer a variety of spiritual and life centered services such as memorials, baby blessings, house clearings, and personalized rituals for healing, transition, or new beginnings. These can be held in any location, whether close to home or across the world, and are always crafted with care and respect for your unique journey.
I’ve found that some of the most powerful ceremonies happen not just in special places, but in the presence of mutual trust and shared intention. If you feel a resonance with my words or approach, I invite you to reach out by email. I’d be happy to explore how I can support you or, if it’s not the right fit, connect you with someone in the trusted network who can.
