Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I love everything there is about love my grandparents were married 56 years before my grandpa past. Now I’ve been married 17 I’m almost there.

When I think about religious affiliation, I’m reminded of how personal and complex spirituality can be. Some people are deeply rooted in a specific faith tradition, while others move through life without identifying with any religion at all. Asking someone about their religious affiliation can open the door to meaningful conversations about values, identity, and lived experiences. At the same time, it’s important to recognize that not everyone connects their sense of purpose or morality to a formal belief system. For many, spirituality is fluid, private, or expressed in nontraditional ways. Ultimately, exploring this question encourages us to reflect on how belief—whether religious, spiritual, or secular—shapes the way we understand ourselves and the world around us.

Both people long to be present to face the world together.
