Jeremy Daniels
Ordained Minister in Jacksonville, Florida
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church because I felt called to serve as a spiritual guide and chaplain, offering compassionate support to individuals from all walks of life. As someone who is Jewish, my faith and heritage deeply influence the way I minister—rooted in values of justice, mercy, and truth. While I am open to helping anyone seeking spiritual support, I will never teach anything that contradicts the Jewish faith. My work often resonates most with those from a Judeo-Christian background, especially in areas like grief support, trauma support, and spiritual coaching. Becoming ordained online allowed me to begin serving others in a meaningful way while staying true to my convictions.
Where are you from?
I was born in Arkansas, raised in Tennessee, and now live in Florida. Each place has shaped me in a unique way—spiritually, culturally, and personally. Growing up in the South taught me the importance of community, resilience, and faith. Today, I carry those lessons into my work as a spiritual coach and chaplain, offering support grounded in both tradition and compassion. While my physical location has changed over time, my spiritual foundation—rooted in my Jewish faith and a deep commitment to serving others—remains constant. Wherever I am, I strive to be a source of comfort, truth, and encouragement for those on their own journeys.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
With my online ordination, I hope to provide spiritually grounded support to those in need—especially individuals navigating trauma, loss, or major life transitions. As a Jewish chaplain and counselor, my goal is to offer guidance rooted in compassion, clarity, and truth while remaining faithful to Torah values. I aim to serve people from all walks of life, but especially those whose needs align with the Judeo-Christian tradition. Whether through spiritual coaching, grief support, or life-cycle ceremonies, I want to be a trusted presence who helps others reconnect with meaning, purpose, and inner peace. Ultimately, I hope my ordination opens doors to healing and transformation—for others, and for the world around us.

Additional Information
I am deeply rooted in the Jewish faith and honor the richness found across its many expressions—Karaite, Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, and others. My personal walk is Torah-centered, and I strive to serve in alignment with those values. At the same time, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my interfaith background. Prior to converting to Judaism, I was a member of the Eastern Orthodox Church and received formal theological training, including Catholic theology at the college level. This background allows me to offer informed spiritual guidance and support to individuals from a variety of Judeo-Christian traditions.
While I do not teach anything that contradicts Torah, I am able to support others within their own faith contexts—especially when it comes to grief, life transitions, spiritual coaching, and finding meaning—so long as it does not conflict with my religious convictions. My ministry seeks to be respectful, inclusive, and grounded in timeless spiritual truths that uplift and heal.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
I am currently located in Florida and primarily serve my local region; however, I am open to traveling for services depending on the nature of the request and my availability. Travel outside of my immediate area is possible, but clients will need to include travel and lodging expenses as part of the service fee. I am especially willing to travel for meaningful spiritual events—such as funerals or retreats—provided they align with my schedule and religious obligations.
As someone who balances both secular and ministerial responsibilities, I do my best to accommodate travel requests while remaining faithful to Torah observance. If you're considering requesting services outside of my area, feel free to reach out with details so we can explore options together.
