Maegan Hooper
Ordained Minister in Axtell, Texas
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
To officiate my best friends wedding.
Where are you from?
Axtell, Tx
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
With my online ordination, my goal is to create meaningful, heartfelt wedding ceremonies that reflect the unique love stories of the couples I serve. I’ve always believed that weddings should feel personal—not just a script or formality, but a moment that truly captures who the couple is and what their relationship represents. By becoming ordained, I hope to help make that happen.
Every love story is different, and I want to help couples celebrate theirs in a way that feels authentic, inclusive, and memorable. Whether the ceremony is traditional or completely unconventional, I aim to bring warmth, sincerity, and a calm presence to the moment. I want the couple, and everyone there with them, to feel the joy, love, and commitment at the heart of what’s being celebrated.
My hope is to offer more than just a legal signature, I want to create a space where people feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they take one of life’s biggest steps. Through this ordination, I plan to serve not just as an officiant, but as a storyteller, a guide, and someone who genuinely cares about the experience being created. This is about helping people begin their journey together with intention and love.
