What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
Helping the individuals and couples that God puts in front of me to achieve redemption and peace through: Acceptance - it may be tempting to focus only on the dilemma an individual is facing, it is my thought that it's crucial to know the person and accept them. It is essential to connect with them and make my understanding clear and visible. And Empathy - it is my approach that empathy is essential within any helping or counseling relationship, yet may need to be increased during times of crisis. Empathy must be communicated clearly to individuals so that they are aware that a connection is formed.

1 - I schedule quality time to spend with couples. 2 - There are certain open-ended questions I pose to stimulate thoughtfulness [if a couple is open to do so] and I listen actively to their answers. 3 - It is my hope that I build trust by showing up for my couples and following through. 4 - I believe in and proactively practice open, honest communication to build trust with my couples. 5 - My practice encompasses loving forgiveness of my couples and acceptance of who they are.
